Up to 1 Year's Back Rent for Landlords & Tenants

This year has been especially tough, but there are protections in place to ensure families can remain in their homes without facing COVID-related evictions.
I'm hosting a town hall on Tuesday, June 29th at 5 p.m. with the incredible Orange County United Way, who will be presenting and answering questions about this program.
We can support individual tenants and families who rent their homes and are dealing with hardship, and the landlords and property owners who have also struggled financially during the COVID-19 global pandemic. We can do both, and we have. Financial assistance is available from the State of California for income eligible renters and their landlords who have been impacted by COVID-19 and have past due rent or utilities, or who need help with upcoming rent or utilities.
