SACRAMENTO – Laguna Cafe and Grill has been honored as the Local Restaurant Spotlight for August for Assembly District 74. This Laguna Woods-based restaurant is known for its all-American style cuisine and breakfast.
“It was such a joy to dine at Laguna Cafe and Grill and recognize this well-beloved eatery our August Local Restaurant Spotlight,” said Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris (D-Laguna Beach). “Since 2016, this restaurant has been known not only as a delicious spot for hearty breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, but also as an incredible member of the Laguna Woods community who donates to first responders, and military veterans.”
On August 28, 2021, Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris was joined by Laguna Woods Mayor Shari Horne and Councilmember Cynthia Conners to present a resolution in recognition of Laguna Cafe, along with founder, Richard Martinez, and co-owners Tammy Martinez and Monja Chavez.
