With the new year only a few days away, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on 2021. Every year comes with its own set of highs and lows and this year was no exception.

After another year of devastating wildfires, we are reminded that natural disasters are always a threat. Whether it be a wildfire, earthquake, or another emergency, we are all made safer when we have a plan.

Next Saturday, I hope you can join me and our partner, Orange County Coastkeeper, for a beach cleanup day at Huntington State Park Beach!
