Now Accepting Nominations for Nonprofit of the Year

The month of June serves as a time for us to reflect on all of the essential work that nonprofit organizations in California have done throughout the year. Over the past year, the services that nonprofit organizations provide has become more essential than ever. This year California Nonprofits Day is Wednesday, June 23, 2021.

My office is excited to shine a spotlight on the exceptional organizations that have uplifted our community during these challenging times. Nonprofits have shown incredible leadership providing services like meal delivery, rental assistance, medical care, back to school donations, mentoring and homeless advocacy, just to name a few. In honor of California Nonprofits Day, I invite you to nominate a nonprofit that you believe should be honored for their positive impact. We'll be honoring six nonprofits, one in each of the cities I represent: Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa and Laguna Woods. Please submit your nomination through the form on my website.

The nomination period will close on Monday, June 7, 2021. All nominations will be considered for recognition.
