RELEASE: Toast Kitchen + Bakery Recognized — Local Restaurant Spotlight

SACRAMENTO – Toast Kitchen + Bakery has been honored as part of the Local Restaurant Spotlight for Assembly District 74. This Costa Mesa-based restaurant is known for its tasty pies, chicken & waffles and ice cream. 
 
“It was my pleasure to visit Toast Kitchen + Bakery as part of our Local Restaurant Spotlight,” said Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris (D-Laguna Beach). “This restaurant not only has delicious food but also is an incredible member of the Orange County community. During the pandemic, the owners donated meals to those hit hardest and strive to hire youth that have been formerly homeless, have struggled with addiction or have been incarcerated.” 
 
On June 12, Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris was joined by Costa Mesa Mayor John Stephens to present a resolution in recognition of Toast Kitchen + Bakery.
