River Channel Cleanup

__SALUTATION__

I hope you can join me and our partner, Orange County Coastkeeper, for a River Channel Cleanup at the Santa Ana-Delhi Channel! Together, we can work to prevent hundreds of pounds of plastic and trash from ending up in our beautiful coastal waters. Over the years, hundreds of volunteers have participated in our cleanups helping remove over 8,200 pounds of debris from the waterway and along the coast.

The Santa Ana-Delhi Channel is one of many drainage channels that lead from the Santa Ana River to the ocean. The Channel drains into the Newport Back Bay, which is why it is vital to remove any trash or harmful materials before they end up in our waterways.

Let's all take time to do our part in doing the most to protect our coast! Invite your friends and family to come help us make sure that we're able to enjoy our beautiful coastline for generations to come. We will provide free “Do the Most to Protect the Coast” t-shirts to volunteers (while supplies last)RSVP online.

As always, please contact our office if you have any questions or if we can assist you with state-related issues.
