Happy Earth Day!

I invite you to join me for an Earth Day event in partnership with OCC Recycling Center, Clothes for the Cause, Costa Mesa Sanitary District, and CR&R Environmental Services on Saturday, April 27. We will discuss the importance of recycling and provide an update on AB 65, my legislation to protect the coast from rising sea levels that affect us here in Orange County.

We invite you to bring new, clean, and/or slightly used clothing items in all sizes for children and adults to donate to Clothes for the Cause.

I would also like to encourage you to take advantage of a great opportunity happening TODAY! In recognition of Earth Day, Metrolink will be offering free rides all day on April 22 - no ticket required.
